Happy days cottage is situated in the old part of St Ives known as the Downalong area,there are four breathtaking beaches within a few minutes walking distance and shops,cafes and restaurants are all close by.The harbour quay just a 2 minute walk away is a great place to sit and watch the world go by or have dinner in one of the many fantastic restaurants.The sloop Inn on the harbour dates back to circa 1316 and serves food and fine ales.

The property is set on three floors, the top floor has one large bedroom with a kingsize bed, slipper bath and dual aspect windows front and back.
On the second floor there are a further two bedrooms,one double with large wardrobe space and one with bunkbeds.All bedrooms are fitted with tv/dvd,i pod docks,free wi fi.
The bathroom has a large bath with overhead power shower, sink and toilet.
The ground floor has a spacious bespoke kitchen with oak work tops, belfast sink,washing machine and full size dishwasher.
There is a table and chairs to seat 6 and also a retro smeg fridge freezer. A stable door leads to the rear entrance and outdoor seating area.
The lounge has a sofa,armchair and large footstall that faces a wood burning stove for that cosy night in. There is a large tv/dvd and a bookcase with a collection of books,dvds and board games for you to use at your leisure.

Happy days cottage has an outdoor space where chairs and table can be found. South facing this is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a great day on the beach or walking along the coastal paths.
Also outside there is a hose to wash sand off plus a large storage box to put surf boards in etc. Outside hooks for wet suits, washing line are all provided.
Please feel free to use the wind breaker & beach toys etc. With the property being only moments from the town, the cottage is perfectly located for the shops,restaurants and award winning beaches that st ives has to offer.
